Shashwath leads Legal & Operations at Compass IVF, where he oversees the drafting of critical commercial documents, non-disclosure agreements, and strategic partnership contracts. With a strong background in cross-border legal research and corporate compliance, he ensures our intellectual property and operations are rigorously protected as the company scales. He holds a BBA LLB from St. Joseph’s College of Law and is currently advancing his legal expertise in the UK through studies at Durham University and BPP University.

Saniya serves as the Corporate Legal Advisor for Compass IVF, bringing sharp commercial awareness and expertise in complex corporate frameworks to the team. Currently completing her LLM in Corporate Law at Durham University, her background is heavily focused on legal drafting, contract review, and rigorous statutory analysis. At Compass, Saniya plays a crucial role in structuring secure commercial agreements and ensuring our strategic vendor partnerships are legally sound.
